Dennis A. Johnson, CFA-Chief Investment Officer of Comerica Asset Management Group
Dennis Johnson is Chief Investment Officer for Comerica Asset Management Group, the investment management division of Comerica with $27.5 billion in assets under management. Mr. Johnson is responsible for the firm’s passive and active investment strategies, alternative investments, operations and administration, new products, client relations and business development. In addition, Mr. Johnson is the Chairman of the Comerica Investment Policy Committee, the governing body responsible for establishing the company’s asset allocation policies. He also serves as Comerica’s primary spokesperson in the national media on investments, asset allocation and other matters pertaining to the global financial markets. Mr. Johnson’s 33 years of investment experience includes positions as Managing Director for Shamrock Capital Advisors, Inc., the registered investment advisory firm of the Roy E. Disney family, Sr. Portfolio Manager-Global Equity for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), Managing Director for Citigroup, and Portfolio Manager for SunTrust Bank. He received his Masters of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelors of Art in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute. Mr. Johnson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Detroit. He is a member of the Detroit Economic Club and on the Detroit Public Television (DPTV) Board of Directors. Mr. Johnson is also on the Board of Directors for the Charles H. Wright Museum.

Wyatt Decker, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of Mayo Clinic in Arizona and Vice President, Mayo Clinic
Dr. Wyatt Decker is the Chief Executive Officer of Mayo Clinic in Arizona and Vice President of Mayo Clinic. He is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He developed and subsequently directed the Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program at Mayo Clinic, served as the inaugural Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine in Minnesota, and Chair of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic Florida. Dr. Decker has held numerous leadership positions at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, which include the oversight of hospital operations; public affairs; and the recruitment, retention and leadership development of staff physicians. Dr. Decker holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, an M.D. from Mayo Medical School, and a B.S. from the University of California-Santa Cruz. He completed internal medicine residency training at Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine and Emergency Medicine training at Denver Health and Hospitals.

Michael J. Ahearn, Founder of True North Venture Partners and Co-founder and Chairman of First Solar
Michael Ahearn founded True North Venture Partners based on a belief that early stage companies in socially disruptive business sectors require a fundamentally unique approach to funding, growth and market expansion. His perspective is based on his experience with First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR), the company he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Ahearn served as CEO of First Solar from 2000-2009 and currently serves as its Chairman. After an initial public offering in 2006, First Solar became a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ and later became the first pure play renewable energy company to be listed on the S&P 500. Mr. Ahearn also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cox Enterprises, Inc.; a member of the Board of Trustees of Thunderbird School of Global Management; a member of the Board of Trustees of The German Marshall Fund; a member of the Board of Directors of Endeavor; a member of the Global Advisory Board of Beijing Climate Policy Initiative; and a member of the Advisory Board of BDT Capital Partners. Prior to First Solar, Mr. Ahearn was Partner and President of an early stage equity investment firm known as True North Partners, L.L.C. (later renamed JWMA, LLC), which was the majority stockholder of First Solar prior to its initial public offering. Mr. Ahearn graduated magna cum laude with B.S. and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University.
